Do I need any third-party software to use the SmartECart?
To take credit card orders with SmartECart, you will need to download and install PGP on your home computer and upload your PGP public key to the server (note: info. on where to obtain PGP is included in the manual, built-in to SmartECart). SmartECart will not store credit card numbers if a PGP public key is not uploaded to the server. You may need to purchase a PGP commercial-use license. For real-time credit card processing you will need to purchase a merchant account from a merchant service provider and Internet payment gateway account with AuthorizeNet. Top

How do I order SmartECart?
Simply sign-up for an eCommerce or Reseller package on the worldwidebusinesssolutions order form. Once you log into your control panel you can choose to install either SmartECart Express or Pro. Top

What features are different in SmartECart Express vs. Pro?
SmartECart comes in two versions - Express and Pro. SmartECart Express holds 200 products and does not perform real-time credit card processing. SmartECart Pro holds up to 1000 products and does perform real-time credit card processing. All other features are the same in both products. Top

What is the price difference between SmartECart Express and Pro?
SmartECart Express is included with the eCommerce and Reseller packages at no additional charge. SmartECart Pro is $20/month in addition to the eCommerce and Reseller package fees. Top

Can SmartECart perform real-time credit card processing?
SmartECart Pro can perform real-time credi card processing with AuthorizeNet, SmartECart Express cannot. Top

What Internet payment gateways does SmartECart support?
